  1. Yes! Finally!

    • but, please keep us well stocked – each time I’ve made the many miles trip (gas!) to WF they have been out of stock :( ((((

  2. When will this product be available on the shelves (not just in deli recipes) and in Canada?  Looking forward to trying it!

  3. Michigan thanks you!!

  5. Asheville, NC eagerly awaits Beyond Meat. Lots of health-conscious foodies here!

  6. Austin, TX next!  Whole Foods headquarters!

  7. Missouri? ARGH! So close, yet so far!

  8. Why oh Why aren’t you at Whole Foods headquarters/flagship store in Austin, Texas yet?

Is your product made only with non GM soy? Please let me know. Lorraine

  10. While I appreciate that at least Whole Foods has it in their deli section, this is not a long-term solution for those advocating vegetarianism. Their prices are so high that eating Beyond Meat is still just a rare delicacy, not a long term solution to convince people to get off meat.

Please let us know when your products will be available on the shelf, and hopefully at less expensive retailers as well.

Finally, as I am interested in long-term (emergency) food storage, would you ever consider a freeze-dried version?

    • We are not planning to offer a freeze-dried version. However, the next phase of our launch will involve a retail pack in 2013, so stay tuned for more info.

  11. Youre so close to Tennessee!!! Come on, hurry up!

  12. Very excited about this!!!! Thank you!

  13. I agree with Susan K. Plus, I hope you add Ohio to your to-do list. You do know there are more organic & whole food stores than Whole Foods, don’t you?

  14. Atlanta! Please! We have six stores in the Metro Atlanta area.

  16. Asheville, NC….please!!!!!

  17. <—- Doing the happy dance !!!!!

  18. When are you coming to France? :)

  19. I checked Whole Foods JAX store and nothing??

    • Doesn’t surprise me…It was published on the site that it was available in Wellington (Palm Beach), and it was a month before I could actually get my hands on some…I was going every third day to check (because it was that good when I first had it in SF)…they have it now, but it’s the same preparation (Spicy Mexican Something) every time. When I was in SF, they had like four or five different preparations…and it was AMAZING!!! Keep checking the prepared foods section…eventually you’ll find it there.

    • Which section of the store, Norm? You can email our customer service team directly at customer@beyondmeat.com if you continue to have issues.

  20. Yayyyy! New York! Finally! Thank you.

  21. YAY for Illinois! I’m off to see if it’s going to be in the Champaign-Urbana area!

  22. Don’t forget about Houston, TX!!!

  23. For those of you advocating non Whole Foods retailers, it may be best to ask the stores if they can or will carry Beyond Meat.
I have two health food stores in my area and they carry a limited Gardein variety. I was told I could do a bulk order of the Gardein I wanted.
I know that’s more expensive than buying just one or two products at a time but it is an option worth looking into.

Plus this is a new product, a lot of times they go to the big box retailers and make their way into the smaller stores.
    Give ‘em time!

  24. Memphis, TN, please!

  25. Not all Texan like their cattle!  It’s a big state with a lot of vegetarians!  TEXAS Please!  Whole Foods started in Austin, Texas!

  26. COME TO GEORGIA PLEASE!!!!! :’)

  27. Long Island thanks you! Tried the cacciatore and chili this weekend and they are both very good. Looking forward to try more.

How could California be ignored? Of all states I can’t get it at my Whole Foodsstore!

  29. I prefer to make my own means instead of buying it out of the pre-made foods at Whole Foods. When will it be offered on shelves to buy?

  30. When will you come to Montreal ? Can’t wait !

  31. Horray! Thank you for coming to New York :)

Southwest Florida…PLEASE!!! Lots of vegans and vegetarians down here!!

  33. Please oh Please come to the ATL! There are many of us vegetarians in Georgia that cannot wait.

  34. Is it possible for Beyond Meat to come to the Daytona Beach area? We here have to drive to JAX or Orlando to shop at a Whole Foods store. There are other whole foods stores here; can they be included? Driving close to 100 miles, round trip, is not feasible.

  35. NORTH CAROLINA!!!!!

  36. If you could just get South Florida added, we’d be thrilled!!

  51. Looking forward to trying your product in Korea.

  52. I was lucky enough to get to sample your product while at my sister-in-law’s house for Thanksgiving. Mimi Clark…she made the best “chicken” salad and “chicken” noodle soup while we were there. Your product is absolutely the BEST meat substitute I’ve every tasted. The texture is wonderful and the taste is, too. I live in a small rural area in Northeast, GA where it is difficult to buy good alternative foods. Our grocery store, Ingels, though, does stock a far amount. I would love to find your product there one day….not just in the deli on pre-made items, but also packaged so that I could do my own menus with it. The nearest big town to us is Gainesville, GA and I would drive there if I could get beyondmeat there, too. Looking forward to walking into a grocery store and finding it soon! And so grateful to Mimi for giving us a preview of it!

    • Thanks, Loretta! We’re working on a retail pack for the new year, so you’ll be able to cook with it at home sooner than you think.

  53. Would like to see Cincinnati Ohio!!!!

  54. When will it reach Kansas???

  55. Yay! Thanks for coming to New York! I can’t wait to give it a try, I’m sure I’ll love it. I love Quorn, but it is not vegan, so Beyond Meat is already my favorite and I haven’t even tasted it! :D

  56. Its like your avoiding TEXAS! Whole Foods flagship in Austin… Pretty pretty please with aioli on top!

  57. Martha Bellew-smith on said:Reply

When will it be on the shelves.  I am not interested in buying other people’s deli items.  I like to do my own cooking.

  58. Tried it yesterday from the WF salad bar in Jericho. Was good, but I really want to buy the product to be able to make my own meals. Any idea when that might happen?

  59. Aww, come on – Whole Foods was started in Texas – why are we always the last to get something introduced to the country down here!

  60. Beyond Meat – Raleigh North Carolina is waiting for you :)

  61. Checked at Whole Foods in Andover, MA, they don’t know anything about it  ?   Any information on when it will actually be in the stores?

  62. Susan Mahoney on said:Reply

No Whole Foods in upstate NY!!!!! :(

  63. Would you have a local distributor in the Marin County, California area. UNFI???

  64. I finally picked up some Beyond Meat at WF after 5! attempts. They were always out. Well, they were definitely out after my visit, I bought all they had, which was 2 pounds. :-) Beyond meat is delicious, but I can’t wait until Beyond Meat goes beyond WF and is available at my local grocery store.

When I first tasted it, I had to double check that I wasn’t actually eating meat, the “flaky” chicken texture was creepy good.
