Place a griddle pan or barbecue on a medium to high heat and cook the Beyond Burgers for around 10 minutes, flipping once halfway, until you have a good colour and the burgers are cooked through. Place the plant-based cheese slices on the burger patties for the last couple of minutes of cooking. Meanwhile, cut the burger buns in half, drizzle with the oil and toast cut side down on the barbecue or griddle pan for a couple of minutes until toasted.</p>\n<p>2. While the burgers are cooking, make the slaw by combining all ingredients in a small bowl until well incorporated. Check for seasoning and adjust if necessary, then set aside.</p>\n<p>3. Make the mustard mayo by combining the plant-based mayonnaise, American-style mustard, and hot sauce.</p>\n<p>4. When you&rsquo;re ready to assemble your burgers, spread some of the mustard mayo on the bottom toasted burger bun and top with lettuce and sliced tomato. Place the cheese covered burger patty on top, followed by the pickles, some of the &lsquo;slaw, and a bit more mustard mayo. Add the top burger bun and secure it with a skewer pierced through a pickle.
