Prep and measure all the ingredients.</p>\n<p>2. Follow sub recipe and make Peruvian Pisco.</p>\n<p>3. Cook French fries according to package instructions and set aside.</p>\n<p>4. Thaw the steak overnight in a fridge and cut the steak into 1/2-inch x 2-inch strips.</p>\n<p>5. Take a wok or large pan over medium high heat with 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil when it gets hot, add the steak strips and sear for 2 to 3 minutes.</p>\n<p>6. Remove from the pan and keep aside.</p>\n<p>7 Take the same wok or pan with 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, add red onion, red bell pepper and green onion and cook for 1 minute. Then add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.</p>\n<p>8. In the same wok or pan add cooked French fries, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and Peruvian pisco and toss and cook for 1 minute. Salt and pepper to taste.</p>\n<p>9. Serve with rice and enjoy.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<h3><strong>To make the Peruvian Pisco: </strong></h3>\n<p>1. Prep and measure all the ingredients.</p>\n<p>2. Take a medium pot with 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil over high heat and get oil hot.</p>\n<p>3. When the oil is hot, place the yellow bell peppers, garlic, onion, and serrano in the pot and fry/brown all the ingredients.</p>\n<p>4. When the ingredients are fried/browned, add the Pisco (or tequila) and cook off all the alcohol.</p>\n<p>5. Add all the ingredients except the 4 tbsp of oil in a blender or food processor and blend.</p>\n<p>6. Take the oil and slowly drizzle the oil in.</p>\n<p>Keep aside till ready to use.</p>","video_url":null}]},"you_may_also_like_status":"archived","you_may_also_likes_recipes":[]}]}}},"staticQueryHashes":["1137800150","1510232022","1694219281","1995366033","2254546224","2638426885","2645006869","275580029","4054086374","698876100","894374204"]}
