M&eacute;langer au fouet les ingr&eacute;dients de la marinade pour steak et r&eacute;server.</p>\n<p>2. Dans un autre bol, m&eacute;langer au fouet les ingr&eacute;dients de la sauce pour steak et r&eacute;server.</p>\n<p>3. S&eacute;parer la galette de burger en deux portions et former chaque portion en une petite galette. Placer 1 c. &agrave; soupe de crumble au fromage bleu au milieu de la premi&egrave;re galette. Saupoudrer une l&eacute;g&egrave;re pinc&eacute;e d&rsquo;&eacute;pices &agrave; steak sur la galette avec le fromage bleu.</p>\n<p>4. Placer les deux galettes de burger en sandwich avec le fromage au milieu. Former la viande autour du fromage et aplatir l&eacute;g&egrave;rement la galette pour qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;adapte &agrave; la taille de votre pain burger.</p>\n<p>5. Cuire ou faire frire les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon selon les instructions sur l&rsquo;emballage. Garder au chaud.</p>\n<p>6. Pr&eacute;chauffer une po&ecirc;le en fonte &agrave; feu moyen avec 2 c. &agrave; soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. D&eacute;poser la galette dans la po&ecirc;le et la saisir pendant 3 minutes de chaque c&ocirc;t&eacute;.</p>\n<p>7. &Eacute;teindre le feu et verser imm&eacute;diatement 1 c. &agrave; soupe de sauce pour steak sur la galette. Retourner pour bien enrober.</p>\n<p>8. &Eacute;taler 1 c. &agrave; soupe de sauce pour steak sur le c&ocirc;t&eacute; coup&eacute; de chaque pain &agrave; burger.</p>\n<p>9. Transf&eacute;rer la galette cuite sur le pain du bas et recouvrir de roquette, de tomate et d&rsquo;une rondelle d&rsquo;oignon.
