HOW DO I COOK BEYOND BREAKFAST SAUSAGE®?
Beyond Breakfast Sausage® is designed to be cooked from frozen. If using a stovetop or griddle, cook patties over medium-high heat until caramelized, about 2 minutes per side (4-5 minutes total). If using an oven, place patties on a tray and cook at 350°F for about 8 minutes; flipping halfway. Cook patties until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not consume raw and do not over cook. We do not recommend microwaving, boiling or deep frying.

Beyond Breakfast Sausage® is made from a blend of pea and rice proteins. It is made without GMOs, soy, gluten or artificially produced ingredients.
HOW DO YOU REBUILD MEAT WITHOUT GENETICALLY MODIFYING ANYTHING?
Protein, fat, minerals, carbohydrates, and water are the five building blocks of meat. We source these building blocks directly from plants. Using heating, cooling, and pressure, we create the fibrous texture of meat from plant-based proteins. Then, we mix in fats, minerals, fruit and vegetable-based colors, natural flavors, and carbohydrates to replicate the appearance, juiciness, and flavor of meat. The result? Uncompromisingly delicious plant-based breakfast sausage, no sacrifice required.

The packaging is designed with a food safe lining that is applied inside the carton – similar to frozen animal-based sausages in the market. As a sustainably-focused company, we looked for a carton solution that did not use more packaging than necessary.
