Ingredients

1 pack Beyond Burgers (2 burger patties)

1 Box Rollin Greens Garlic and Basil Ancient Grain Millet Tots

½ cup plant-based milk

5-cloves garlic

¼ onion

Salt & Pepper to taste

1-Jar of your favorite Marinara

Preparation

Preheat over to 375F.

Heat a Stainless-Steel or nonstick pan on Medium, once pan is up to temp add oil and cubed onion. Let onion brown before placing Tots into pan.

Let Tots cook just until they are defrosted and able to chop up.

Then add beyond meat patties, and start mixing it all together.

Once fully mixed, turn off burner and add the chopped garlic.

Cool mixture. Once cooled, create meatballs into preferred size. If entertaining, a small 2 oz. scoop would work, or for dinner try using a 4oz. scoop.

Place all meatballs on a baking sheet into the oven. Bake until brown, then add to a hot bed of marinara.
