16 oz (1 package) Beyond Beef®
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup hot cooked brown rice
1 cup steamed broccoli, or vegetable of choice
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
In a large skillet, cook the Beyond Beef® according to package instructions, adding in minced garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes and pepper.
Pour mixture over Beyond Beef and let simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Steam broccoli (or other vegetables of choice) and cook rice according to package instructions.
Add hot rice, broccoli and Beyond Beef into bowl. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
