2 Beyond Sausage Hot Italian
¼ cup White onions
1 Tbl. chopped garlic
4 Tbl. canola oil
½ cup wild mixed mushrooms
2 cup vegetable broth
1 cup Tofu shirataki spaghetti
½ cup Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbl. Daikon Sprouts

Sauté sweat onions and garlic in oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté for another minute.
Add vegetarian pho broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
In a separate pan, sauté Beyond Sausage for 6 minutes until slightly browned and heat through.
Rinse tofu noodles and add to simmering broth and heat for 1 minute.
Transfer broth and all contents to serving bowl then garnish with Beyond Sausage, roasted red bell pepper, daikon sprouts and cilantro.
