4 Beyond Meat patties
1/2 cup garlic and herb seasoned dry bread crumbs
¼ Cup chopped green onion
¼ cup Barbeque sauce
2 Tbs tapioca
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
- 2. Combine the Beyond meat, bread crumbs, barbeque sauce, beer, Tapioca, green onion, basil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix lightly using your hands, then form into 4 patties.
- 3. Cook until 165* internal temp center, 7 to 8 minutes per side for well done.
