Ingredients

2 Beyond Burger patties (fully defrosted)

1 small jalapeño, seeded and diced

1 slice vegan jack or provolone cheese

2-3 Tbsp. soft almond cheese, we used truffle chive and dill flavor but plain works nicely too

Handful of arugula

2 brioche buns, toasted

1 Tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Half jalapeño, remove seeds, and then dice.

Remove burgers from package. Flatten patties and in the center, add jalapeños and crumble vegan cheese inside. Mold burger around added ingredients and reform burger patties.

Follow instructions on package, cook burger, and remove from pan.

Place cheese on top of burger, then broil for 1-2 minutes until melted. Make sure you watch carefully because broilers cook quickly.

Toast bun and then stack burger, arugula, and additional diced jalapeños and crumbled cheese if so desired.

Great paired with ranch and fries!
