1 lb. Beyond Beef®
2 hamburger buns, toasted
⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup spinach
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup italian dressing
2 tbsp mayonnaise
In a small bowl add the sliced tomato and Italian dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, the longer the better.
Cut the Beyond Beef® in half and flatten into four patties. Place half of the blue cheese on top of one of the patties, and using another patty, seal it up. Repeat and season both of your blue cheese-filled Beyond Beef patties with black pepper.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the Beyond Beef® patties as directed, about 4 minutes on each side.
To build your Beyond Meat® Juicy Lucy Burger, spread your buns with mayo. Place a ¼ cup of spinach on the bottom buns, and top with the Beyond Beef patties and marinated tomatoes.
