2 Beyond Sausage Original Brats, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

1 box Modern Table Complete Protein Spiral Pasta

Juice of one lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

2–4 cloves of garlic, minced

Asparagus, tough ends removed

1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

Salt and pepper to taste


•Cook and drain pasta as directed

•In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium high, add minced garlic and cook for 30 sec

•Add Beyond Sausage, asparagus, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until asparagus is tender and tomatoes are soft and Beyond Sausage has a crisp sear

•Add pasta, lemon juice and stir until everything is coated
