Lightly Seasoned

9 oz. Beyond Meat Lightly Seasoned Chicken-free strips
1/4 of a yellow onion, diced
1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
1 pinch of dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
2 Tbsp. low sodium tamari
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. canola oil

Preparation

  1. Puree everything in blender except Beyond Meat strips
  2. Marinate Beyond Meat in jerk sauce for about 1 hour
  3. Heat up grill pan over medium high heat
  4. Coat with nonstick spray and cook Beyond Meat until golden
  5. Serve with coconut rice or steamed vegetables
