12 oz. Diced Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken Strips

2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 oz. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp. Frontier Dill (dried)

1 tsp. roasted garlic

1/2 tsp. Agave

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Pinch Crushed Red Chili Powder

Pinch Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Medium Yellow Onion

1 cup Veganaise or Just Mayo

1/4 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 stalk Celery, Chopped

1 Carrot, Shredded


1. Make sauce with lemon juice, Italian seasoning, dill, roasted garlic, agave, red chili flakes, salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with your Beyond Meat Strips and chopped onions.

2. Grill the marinated Beyond Meat Strips on high in batches and then allow to cool

3. Cut celery while grilling, mix in a bowl with the shredded carrot

4. Once the strips are grilled and cooled, chop them into smaller pieces--add carrot, celery and Veganaise ( or Just Mayo), lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
