DoorDash Takes Summer Grilling Beyond

Plant-based grilling is heating up this summer — and Beyond Meat is partnering with DoorDash to get you the hottest summer essential, the latest and greatest Beyond Burger, right to your doorsteps. Limited edition grilling kits will be available exclusively on DashMart starting this Thursday! 

Cookouts and barbecues are topping summer to-do lists this year — according to a new survey by DoorDash, nearly three quarters (73%) of Americans agree that grilling is a must-do activity — more than visiting family (69.4%), traveling long distances (42.7%) and going on dates (36.1%). That’s not all! Plant-based meat options are quickly becoming a must-have grilling item, with more than three-quarters of Americans saying they want plant-based options at their BBQs. In addition to mouthwatering taste, most consumers (65%) — particularly millennials — are also choosing plant-based options for a healthier lifestyle. 

And despite well-intentioned shopping lists and plans to stop by the grocery store, nearly everyone (91%) can admit to needing supplies in a pinch. That’s why this summer, Beyond Meat and DoorDash are coming to the rescue with limited-edition grilling kits for on-demand, last-minute BBQ essentials — including the new Beyond Burger!

The delicious, even-meatier, even-juicier new Beyond Burger has 35% less total and saturated fat than 80/20 beef, fewer calories, and no cholesterol, making it better-for-you and better for your BBQ. Available exclusively on DoorDash for on-demand delivery from DashMart, the kits also include a set of grill tools, a custom grill mitt, apron and more!

The limited-edition kits will be available exclusively on DashMart  starting July 1 for $14.99, while supplies last, in 14 cities across the United States, including:
