Available nationwide for a limited time only, Pizza Hut® launches Beyond Meat® Pizzas to bring delicious plant-based protein toppings to the market, responding to consumer demand for more plant-based products 

Munich, October 6, 2022 - Beyond Meat, Inc., a global leader in plant-based meat, and Pizza Hut® today announced the launch of an innovative new Beyond Meat® Pizza range in Germany. Designed to appeal to meat-lovers, flexitarians and vegetarians alike, the new plant-based protein pizza toppings provide fans with even more delicious and sustainable options, and are available now for a limited time at all participating Pizza Hut locations (dine-in and delivery) across Germany, while supplies last. 

The two iconic brands have come together to create three deliciously tasty new pizzas  that feature Beyond Beef Crumbles and Beyond Italian Style Sausage. These plant-based protein pizza toppings have been carefully developed to offer the same taste, texture and flavor profile as traditional meat toppings. Beyond Meat pizzas are the perfect option for those who want the juicy, meaty experience but with the added lifestyle and environmental benefits of plant-based protein. 

Beyond Meat Pizzas will bring new and exciting flavor combinations to Pizza Hut’s menu: 

• Beyond Meat® & Cheese Lover’s: Plant-based Beyond Beef Crumbles, Beyond Italian Style Sausage, mozzarella, cheddar, feta cheese, red onions, mushrooms, tomato sauce.
• Beyond Meat® Italian Supreme: Plant-based Beyond Italian Style Sausage, mozzarella, pepper-mix, red onions, mushrooms, tomato sauce.
• Beyond Meat® Beef-Style Sizzler: Plant-based Beyond Beef Crumbles, mozzarella, red onions, peppers, tomato sauce. 

The pizza toppings were developed in response to the growing customer demand for more  plant-based options. Both Pizza Hut and Beyond Meat recognise the importance and benefits of having more diverse protein options.
