Plant-based Caramelized Onions Recipe:
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 large yellow onion
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme
Plant-based Garlic Aioli:
⅔ cup vegan mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt
2-3 tbsp water (optional to thin)
