We’re proud to announce that BOA Steakhouse, one of the country’s most iconic modern steakhouses, is now serving our brand-new Beyond Steak® Filet at all locations. BOA Steakhouse is among the first fine dining destinations to debut the new plant-based cuts, which are featured in a signature dish created in collaboration with BOA’s Chef Brendan Collins: Club Room Style “Steak Frites.”
Made with simple, clean ingredients, Beyond Steak Filet is crafted to sear beautifully, “bleed” with plant-based juices and deliver a tender, juicy bite that exemplifies a top-quality steak. The whole-cut filet delivers the fullness and depth of flavor you’d expect from a premium steak, providing a sophisticated, plant-based entrée and a better-for-you steak that will satisfy any discerning diner. Plus, Beyond Steak Filet offers 28g of protein per serving, with just 1g of saturated fat and 0mg cholesterol.

The Club Room Style "Steak Frites" is available at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and Austin starting Thursday, July 24, with a new location coming soon to Las Vegas.
