Hello Gregulars! This week, Gregorys Coffee is introducing the Beyond Flex Sandwich across all of their locations in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C..

The flexitarian-approved sandwich features savory and juicy Beyond Breakfast Sausage, egg, plant-based pepper jack cheese, caramelized onion jam, and chipotle aioli - all on rosemary focaccia bread!

The Beyond Breakfast Sausage patty delivers the taste and texture of traditional pork sausage and is made with simple plant-based ingredients without GMOs, soy, gluten or cholesterol. Each patty has less total fat, saturated fat and sodium than the leading brand of pork breakfast sausage.
