Introducing Beyond Test Kitchen

Beyond is proud to announce the launch of Beyond Test Kitchen, a groundbreaking approach to product development in collaboration with our social followers and the broader Beyond community. This is a place where we invite our fans into the innovation process and give them an exclusive first taste of our latest products. Every new product is produced in limited quantities and available exclusively through our direct-to-consumer site.   

Our first Beyond Test Kitchen innovation is Beyond Ground: a protein-packed blank canvas, the perfect building block for clean cooking. Every serving of Beyond Ground Original delivers 27g of plant protein and 4g of fiber with 140 calories from four simple ingredients: water, faba bean protein, potato protein and psyllium husk. 

Beyond Ground Original is unseasoned for macro-seekers who aren’t afraid to add their own flavor. It’s for uncompromising home cooks to add any seasoning, sauce, herbs or spices to build their meals on cleaner Ground.  

And for those times that call for a little extra convenience, Beyond Ground is also available in three pre-seasoned varieties—Chipotle Pineapple, Korean BBQ Style, and Tuscan Style Tomato. 

As part of the initial Beyond Test Kitchen launch, we’re also releasing our much-anticipated Beyond Steak Filet. Tender, juicy, and perfect for searing, Beyond Steak Filet delivers 28g of clean plant protein, no cholesterol, 1g saturated fat from avocado oil, and only 230 calories. Beyond Steak Filet has only been available in select restaurants, and we’re following our community’s feedback to offer it to home cooks for the first time ever. Plant-based steak this well done is extremely rare.
