
LADYBIRD DEBUTS NEW BEYOND STEAK® FILET IN SIGNATURE BAO BUN DISH

We're thrilled to announce that Ladybird, NYC’s iconic vegetable bar, is now serving our newest innovation: Beyond Steak® Filet, making it among the first fine dining destinations to feature this groundbreaking whole-cut plant-based steak.
Known for indulgent, vegetable-forward small plates and whimsical vibes, Ladybird is a perfect partner to debut the Beyond Steak Filet Bao Bun, a signature dish that blends bold flavor, inventive textures, and better-for-you plant-based ingredients.
Made from mycelium, faba bean protein, and avocado oil, Beyond Steak Filet sears just like a steak and delivers the same tender, juicy bite. The new plant-based cuts are an excellent source of protein, providing 28g of protein per serving, with just 1g of saturated fat and 0mg cholesterol. It’s everything you want in a high-end cut, rooted entirely in plants.
