Beyond Meat is proud to bring Beyond Steak® Filet to the menu at Vulture, a new Mid-Century inspired American Continental concept from the team behind Kindred, Mothership and Dreamboat. Now open for service in University Heights, San Diego, Vulture is one of the first elevated dining destinations to feature the highly anticipated whole-cut plant-based steak.
Made from mycelium, faba bean protein, and avocado oil, Beyond Steak Filet sears just like a steak and delivers the same tender, juicy bite. The new plant-based cuts are an excellent source of protein, providing 28g of protein per serving, with just 1g of saturated fat and 0mg cholesterol. It’s everything you want in a high-end cut, rooted entirely in plants.
