2 Beyond Burger® patties

2 slices pepper jack cheese (vegan options available)

4 tablespoons Sir Kensington chipotle mayo
2 sesame seed buns
2 tablespoons melted butter

Salt & pepper, to taste

Jalepeño slaw

1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup carrots julienned
1/2 jalapeño sliced thin
2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar



1 avocado
1 juice of lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil




1. Heat up a griddle pan, brush the sesame bun with melted butter and place down into the griddle pan and toast the bun until golden brown. Remove the bun and keep warm.

2. Wipe the pan clean. Place the Beyond Burger® patty in the pan and seasoned as desired. Cook for 3 minutes each side, should take about 6 minutes in total or until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 165.

3. Turn off the heat, add the pepper jack cheese on top of the patty and let melt, covering if needed..

4. Spoon the Sir K’s chipotle sauce on each side of the bun. Add guacamole to the bottom bun then place the patty on-top. Add the jalepeño slaw and top bun, serve & enjoy!
