Cooking Instructions

STORAGE & PREP
Store frozen. Cook from thaw. Thaw product in refrigerator overnight prior to cooking.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cook within 10 days of thawing in refrigerator.




Skillet, Griddle, Oven, Pot
For Crumbles: Season the beyond Beef to your taste. Pre-heat cooking surface using medium high heat, add Beyond Beef. Sear for about 30 sec to 1 min per side, then break up to desired crumble size. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
For meatballs or other recipes: Season beef to your taste and form into meatballs. Pre-heat cooking surface using medium-high heat and sear meatballs, turning frequently. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or simmer in sauce for 15 mins stirring occasionally. Meatballs can be kept in sauce for up to 2 hours.
Do not overcook. Cook time may vary depending on equipment and cook conditions. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
