Cooking Instructions
Storage & Prep
Store frozen. Cook from thaw.
Thaw patties in refrigerator overnight in a single layer on lined and wrapped sheet tray.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cook within 5 days of thawing in refrigerator.
Grill Or Flattop
Grill
Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat (400°F - 450°F). Place patties on grill and cover, cooking for about 4 minutes pre side.
Do not overcook. Cook time may vary depending on equipment and cook conditions. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
Flattop
Preheat surface to medium heat (375°F - 400°F) and cook for about 3 ½ to 4 minutes per side.
