1 package Beyond SausageⓇ Sweet Italian, sliced
4 cups thinly sliced bell pepper
2 cups thinly sliced red onion
1-2 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 small balls of pizza dough
8 oz. plant-based shredded mozzarella
8 oz. plant-based fresh mozzarella
1 tablespoon chopped oregano

Add peppers, onion, jalapeño, garlic and oil in a bowl. Toss with salt and set aside.
Heat oven to 500 degrees, put baking sheet on middle rack.
Stretch or roll dough until thin, about a 10-in. diameter. If sticking dust with flour.
Place dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle each pizza with grated cheese and sliced fresh mozzarella.
Sprinkle pepper and onions on each pizza.
Arranges slices of sausage on each pizza
Sprinkle each pizza with chopped oregano
Place each pizza with the parchment onto the heated baking sheet.
Bake for 5-7 min., until dough is browned, sausage is cooked and pepper and onions are slightly blackened.
Remove pizza from oven, place on cutting board, and cut into slices. Serve immediately.
