Burger bun



2-3 sliced pickles 

Handful shredded iceberg lettuce  

1 tbsp Sir Kensington Special Sauce Vegan Mayo

Remove Cookout Classic from freezer, lay flat on parchment-lined plate or sheet, and thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. 

Preheat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 4 minutes per side.  Do not overcook, the edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165℉. 

Place the burger bun on the upper rack on the grill and heat until slightly toasted, about 1-2 minutes. 

Prepare toppings. Slice tomatoes into ¼ inch slices and chop the ice burger lettuce into shreds. 

Assemble the burger. Add the shredded lettuce to the button bun. Then top with the Cookout Classic patty, tomato slices and pickles slices. Spread the special sauce on the top bun, top off the burger and enjoy!
