Beyond Meat Hits The (White)Spot

Spring has officially sprung in British Columbia...or at least it has at White Spot restaurants. The iconic BC restaurant chain has officially added the Beyond Burger to its mouthwatering menu as of April 15th!

Hungry British Columbians can order the four-ounce, chargrilled Beyond Burger at all White Spot locations in BC and Alberta (excluding BC Ferries). The Beyond Burger will be featured in the new Avocado Beyond Burger, featuring fresh avocado, pickled onions, roasted corn, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, jalapeño ranch and edamame hummus.

Beyond Meat will also star in White Spot’s new Southwest Power Bowl,  a delicious mix of fresh avocado, cherry tomatoes, radish, roasted corn, and cabbage, served with quinoa and jasmine rice, jalapeño ranch, and edamame hummus.

The Avocado Beyond Burger and Southwest Power Bowl can also be made fully plant-based with slight modifications. Guests can also swap the Beyond Burger patty in any of White Spot’s signature burgers, opt for a gluten-free bun for or skips the carbs and go for a lettuce wrap.
